How Active Would You Be?: Easily upwards of 7 hours per day on weekdays. Weekends I can't guarantee anything, though.
How would you handle a hacker?: Take a screenshot, verify that they are actually hacking and that it's not just a server feature or something, and proceed to bring the banhammer down upon the hacker's sorry head.
Summary about yourself: Though I'm only 15 (or 16, whichever), I have a deep understanding of the tendencies of Maplers. (Ignore the corniness of the previous sentence. >_>) I played GMS since a little after beta, but I quit 3 years later due to the game crapping up. About 6 months later, I found out that there was such thing as a private server - and got hooked again. I've had experience with being a GM on several servers, all of which are shut down now. T_T. In general, I'm a fairly cool guy. I'm not really prone to getting upset and flaming excessively, though there certainly isn't anything that will stop me from being... let's say "coldhearted." My greatest pet peeve is idiots who act intelligent. I do enjoy having fun, though, and it's always nice to meet new people..
